Please note that shipping and handling charges are excluded in the price quoted of any product when shipped within India.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items once ordered are manufactured with loving care and ready to be shipped to you within 7-10 working days. So you can relax , sit back and enjoy your new kidsfurniturworld.in product within 15-20 working days of placing an order. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you would be notified within 2 days of placing your order.

COMMUNICATION

By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

• All payments need to be made via kidsfurnitureworld.in website only.
• Payments to any other payment link or payments via cash are not the responsibility of KidsFurnitureWorld.com and it will not be considered as a valid order, except via RazorPay.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDER

Kids Furniture World reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Kids Furniture World is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Kids Furniture World Retail policy, or for any other reason.

However, orders once placed on our website cannot be cancelled by the buyer, unless it has not yet been processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All kidsfurnitureworld.in products are guaranteed for its quality. Should there be the rare chance that you get some damage on the item when delivered, we will be happy to take it back within 48 hours. You can call us out in case of some manufacturing defect even after you have the product for a while. All products are covered under a 1 year warranty. Given that we handcraft all the pieces and customise them to your liking, exchanging products is not possible.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

Cancellations will be accepted only if your order has not been processed from our end. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10 to 15 working days.
